Before creating the PDF, add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. IEEE policy requires that prior to publication, all authors or their employers must transfer in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers to the IEEE. Authors of accepted paper(s) must submit completed copyright form(s) via EDAS account and make sure to email copy of copyright form(s) to email@example.com.
